Why am I getting these messages again?

I'm getting the stupid message about invalid submissions and try waiting. Why?

I get those messages frequently. It seems that I f you take longer than 30 seconds or so to post or reply to a post, the message appears.

I've experenced the same thing when replying to a post. If I take longer than fifteen minutes to type the reply and submit, I get a something on the order of a time out message. Takes that long sometimes because I'm not the fastest typer or want to check something before I type. Do know that if the site sits idle for 20 minutes it logs you out and you have to sign back in.
