Was fishing a stocked creek in Pike county catching small brookies and then landed what looks much like a salmon. Any thoughts??

genetic mutation rainbow called a blue trout. Apparently it only happens in stocked trout as wild ones are to weak to live very long. In reading about them awhile ago, most hatcheries try and remove them as they are considerably weaker then others, so no real point in keeping them around.
