Best chair I had was a big executive chair with a big poofy back with adjustable height angle and arms. My old cat ate the foam arms though and upon moving in with my wife she exiled the chair to storage for asthetic reasons. I'm using a kitchen chair currently with padded seat and mission tryle back. Its eh. Those kneeling chairs have always interested me though. I should test one out.

Try "Torill Kolbu" ! I was curious also. I couldn't find a photo (didn't look very hard), but I'm sure this is the person your speaking of. She ties "crocheted fly-patterns"! sounds to complicated for me.
