We recently moved back to Pa , living in Md for 30+ years.
I have a concern regarding the use and/or overuse or liquid manure application to fields. Md has a stingent policy, with state monitoring. Does Pa have, monitor and police this practice?
How can I help, I am volunteering to assist in monitoring water quality in the South Central Region of the state.
