I see stream reports on these streams often.
Are they the same stream or 2 different streams.
Some time the county is not identified.

They are different streams both are in Chester County.

West Valley is in the Exton/Downingtown area, not far from Rte. 30. West Valley, at least the last time I fished it is a stocked stream and does not seem to support wild fish.

Valley's headwaters start up in the same general area, but to the east. It's fishable waters are more toward the Malvern, Chesterbrook area. I used to fish this pretty regularly when I lived down in the SE region, and had some really good days there.
