So I got into fly fishing about 2 years ago but this is my first 'serious' season. I've been fishing the skip pack primarily since it's close. Today I went out to Unami Creek, I fished the section along swamp creek Rd across from the scout reservation. I had a great time in new water but totally struck out on trout. Also didn't see a single rose...Caught a bunch of sunnies though. Since I'm inexperienced and first time on this water I'm guessing they were there but I couldn't entice them. Any suggestions for this creek? I saw two spin guys and they had the same problem. I went through about 8 different patterns and nothing. Been having a blast on the skippack this season though!
