please understand that tying catskill type flies is not for everybody on this forum, here are a few videos for those that are interested

Well made videos. The tyer does a great job of demonstrating the thread and finger pressure needed to tie these patterns correctly, without saying a word. Even if you don't often fish, utilizing these techniques will make you a better tyer. Thanks for sharing!

no hackle tip or divided flank wing fiber wings on the egg layer?
Is that not a usual Catskill style feature?
