Of course, we could always wear cheese head hats, but Yinzers would probably opt out so this might suffice as a patch:

If there was a PAFF pin/patch I would wear it. I have a (current) lucky fishing hat, so I can not mess with that, but I would put it somewhere like on a pack or wader strap etc.

I would like a hat though, and it would replace my Feathered Hook dad hat as a daily driver.

If a PAFF cheese patch isn't practical because not everyone wears a vest; cheese head hats may be offensive and a full blown cheese suit may attract predators or soak up too much water while wading...

May I suggest a hat pin, a completely new hat, a T-shirt, or possibly some new socks[/url], all conveniently available from Cooper Cheese:
