Tip Top for 3 wt rod

I got a 3 wt Rainshadow blank from Hook & Hackle and the smallest tube size in my father-in-law's stock is 3.5. Where can I get one for 3.0? I really don't want to build up the tip with epoxy. I looked at hookhack, Jann's, custom rod builders, mudhole and others. Does anyone sell them that small?

I don't think I've ever seen one that small! You might have to build up a little glue or thread and use a larger size. What Rainshadow blank is that? I've built on quite a few of them and never came across one that small and I've even built one of their 6'6" 2wts.

Length is 7' 8". I left the blank at my in-laws so I don't recall anything besides a 3.5 tip top just wobbles on the tip. I found a 3.0 in a Jann's paper catalog but it may be for a spinning rod. Thanks for the reply.
