We spend a lot of time in the outdoors. When we are not in the water we are usually in high grass or brush. Ticks can be a problem. Kill a tick.....
Just 5 minutes in a low heat dryer does it!

I find them a lot near bamboo

Good info on how to disinfect clothes. But I'm usually more concerned about ticks on ME. And I don't wanna go in the dryer!

Oh, be a man, and go for a tumble. :)

Good stuff!!!!!!!

I have used Absorbine Jr. liquid (4oz.) in the small applicator bottle to kill the little bustards. I believe the acetone ingredient really puts them away in short order. You or they will however reek of wormwood, echinacea, etc. Keep clear of rod finishes, lines and other tackle that might be affected. (Cannot be cut with tonic, soda or ginger ale)LOL.

That's okay, I like my acetone straight up. :)

The CDC says 6 minutes on high heat in the dryer.
