I've been tying flies for over 40 years now. I've gone full circle. Just trying to tie something simple & then very complex. Now I'm back to simple. This fly is one of the simplest ! The Usual created by Fran Betters. Just a hook, thread & snowshoe hare! If you haven't tied one give it a try!

I have them tied in all sizes. They float like a cork and require no floatant. If they become water logged I just blow on them and recast.
