I've seen lots of trout going belly up other years in the summer in the Lycoming Creek special regs area. Really large numbers. More than I've ever seen at any other place.

Apparently it is very heavily stocked there. And the water gets very warm.

This was at the large pool at Powy's bend.

The J is high and muddy right now that’s for sure.
