I am big fan of that straw color. I know FFP sells a Metz neck dyed to a color called "Harvey's Sulphur". It probably does not matter all that much too the fish, but it sure is nice to have all of those hackle colors to select.
 
I tie the wing med dun calf body, yellow beaver for the body, ginger for the hackle.

I've caught more fish than I can count on this pattern last year…thanks dryflyguy.
