Streamer Box Build Help

Looking to build a streamer box. I have a small one it has these hooks anyone know what they are called or where to get them?

Going to add them to and art bin box with foam from hobby lobby some how

may not be the “correct” item but I’ve seen guys make these out of paper clips and it worked well.

What are you going to use to keep the hooks from pulling out of the foam?

Even screw hooks will pull out of foam after awhile unless they are screwed into something more substantial or have some kind of backer plate behind the foam...

No ideas I assumed the same small block of wood or something to hold the hooks.

Possibly a foam safe adhesive to keep them installed in the foam

I found these today at Michaels I cut the little ball off works perfectly. I don't have the correct foam like a normal fly box has this works though the top/foam will be glued in so it don't come out from the top.
