Stocked Trout

That's correct for stocked sections, but I was referring to all B, C, and D sections, stocked and unstocked.

There are no individual lists of B's, C's, and D's, at least none that I ever saw.

Isn't producing those lists as simple as querying the database?

Given the age of some of the surveys, biomass data from the 80's and 90's may not be of the greatest relevance.

^ No doubt. The data is old in most cases and likely not really that helpful. Was it surveyed 10 or 20 years ago, after a drought depressing the numbers, or after some high flow years increasing numbers?

In addition, one has no idea what section(s) were surveyed as well as what time of year it was surveyed since many tribs hold wild trout mostly in the warm season and drop down to the main stream during cooler temps.

The same for spawning, trout may move into the tribs to spawn in the fall.

All the above influences the Classification designation.

Anyway I see no great value in knowing a stream is a b or c class. How many times have you heard the lower classification streams seem to have more fish pr fish better than the Class A.

You really have to fish it to find out for yourself.
