Spring Creek Lycoming County - is it a true "spring" creek?

I saw on the stocking list a stream called Spring Creek. Never seen it but it looks like it is outside Allenwood.

1. Is this a true "spring" creek? Meaning, is it fed by underground springs?

2. Does it fish good for trout year round, or is it mostly a put and take fishery?

3. Are there any hatches?

4. Are there any cress bugs or shrimp like other "spring" creeks?

Thanks for any help. The name just grabbed my attention. I am sure there are a million Spring Creeks, but was curious about this specific one.

It's not a true limestoner, some stretches have more groundwater influence than others. Once out of game lands it's in an agricultural area. Fairly brushy. Pretty similar to White Deer Hole Creek.
