There is something bugging me about these flies. I think you should send a half dozen of each over for me to inspect and test fish. :)

Haha, thank you Dave. Very clever...

I somehow missed this post. I would fish every. single. one. of. these.

Awesome stuff as usual l2n!

These look awesome.

Just curious, what did you use for the wing material on the sulphur and the olive?

Thank you Jay & Harley. The wing on those is deer hair that is a kinda gray looking light dun shade. I found it while digging through my hair looking for the right shades for the different wing colors. Unfortunately it is not labeled so before I run out I'm going to haul it around to get more. Thanks again guys...

Send me a half dozen of the crane flies to test, I gotta make sure they work before you go out and get skunked.

Lol, Thank you Chaz, I'm pleased you like them.

Jack, #27=Super like.

Thank you Brian I'm happy with how that one looks as well. The pack of goose biots I have on the stem they are a beautiful sulfur orange, but once you remove one and wrap it it's much lighter in shade. Much more towards yellow so I touched it with the tip of a marker for a splash of color. The wing is a mixture of light elk hair and just a little bit of orange. These flies look extremely buggy in hand and I'm really enjoying tying them.

Those are great!

I think I need to buy some biots :)

Thank you Mike, definitely give this tie a go.

I'm going to hit it and quit it with this Grannom. I hope this thread has prompted some of you to tie and try them.

Looking forward to a chance to talk to you about these, Jack. Impressive

Thanks a lot Dave I appreciate that. I'd love to talk tying with ya. Pm sent.

You do nice work.

One of my New Year's resolutions is going to be to give you a heads up when I am going to be in the Penns area so hopefully we can link up and fish. Now that I am retired I can get there a lot and my camp is at Woodward.

Thank you very much Gene, yes we will get out and shake some fins together. I look forward to it.
They're ready to go.
