Request for sticky topic in beginner forum

I think a good sticky topic would be a list of go to flies for PA.

I agree that this would be a great sticky topic.

I would suggest that it be set up by season. Most beginners will need guidance in that manner.

Inclusion of a Hatch Chart or hyperlink to the PAFF Chart page would be a good thought.

Also a basic explanation of the difference between dry flies and nymphs.

It's too varied, IMO.

A more useful topic would be pattern theory and intro hatch matching. Theory is far more useful the rote learning.
