Reel id help

I picked this reel up at a yardsale and im havibg trouble iding it. I know its an automatic reel, its made in the usa(thats how its marked), its marked model a, it looks simular to some southbends that ivseen online but theres marking difference.

Second link is not working, missing an "l" at the end. There is a classic reel subforum on Fiberglass Fly Rodders, you might try there. Bulldog knows just about every reel ever made.

Looks like a Horrocks & Ibbotson, but I'm not sure which model. The 2nd link isn't working for me so I can't see that view.

Yeah it's clearly and H-I. Not sure what model. Searching now...
