Reducing Photo File Size

Since there always seems to be a lot of confusion about posting pics to this site I figured that I would share how I do it and what I use. If you take photos with a smartphone and IF that phone is an Android phone download the app QreduceLite. it lets you take any photo and you tell the app how many kb you want it to be. It doesn't get any easier. Just choose 145 kb and your photo will easily upload to this site. There is no major loss of quality, either.

Furthermore, if you are using an iPhone, you can simply e-mail yourself the photo and the mail app will ask you to select a file size.
Just pick a size that fits the file format requirement.

Once uploaded, just copy and paste the specific image url into the image box when posting.
