Yes I have pictures of one along Sandy Creek in Venango Co on June 30 2019. I agree, Sept seems odd but most years I’m not on the stream to know.

I’ve seen a few on Maryland’s Gunpowder over the years as well. They appear like a bleached out Cahill.

As have I, always below Little Falls, and usually in September.
 
Redietz, that’s interesting. My sister lives on the GP just above Monkton station, so I fish the stretch above that a bit and that’s where I’ve seen them. That’s just a little downstream from Bluemont.
 
Cream Cahill, have them here in sept.
 
Agree with DFG. On some waters - Cream Cahills go all summer long, sometimes even into the fall, especially on some tailwaters.
