Are these floaters or sinkers? I imagine the legs would bey buoyant being rubber...what keeps the bodies up? Or are they supposed to sink.

I actually made them myself ,Lou taught me the weave though

They are suppose to float ,after I tie them ,I coat them with water shed and let them dry
When you fish them ,you can put floatant on them
