Group looking to sue Harrisburg and Capital Region Water over the continuation of raw sewage being released into the Susky river without any remediation plans for decades.

This group has been winning in court lately too and have been very active.
Better watch out Harrisburg.

Not sure such legal action will have real world impact. . . but it does help with publicity and keeps the problem in the eyes of the public.

With all the talk about potential national infrastructure improvements (no, I'm not starting a political thread) that usually revolve around roads and bridges, one can hope that sewage treatment and, more broadly, water quality improvements, could receive some increased funding.

Funding to fix H-burg's storm water/sewage system would be well spent.
