Place a Hex on this forum

I was in Erie roughly 12 years ago on a summer night and there was what i am assuming was a hex hatch. The entire city was covered in these things. It looked like a biblical plague. I can only imagine what the fishing would have been like that night.

This guy (male spinner) was captured while I was on a golf course in Eastern PA with a small trickle running through it. The trickle ran out of a small pond. The date was August 18.
