First, you must create your "Avatar" image file so that it is a jpeg file with dimensions no greater than 150 pixels by 150 pixels. It must also be saved so the file size is less than 350000 bytes.
Once created and saved, then, under User Menu on left, select View Account. Next, at top, select Avatar button. Next, find an image file that meets the specifications stated and select it so that the path to it on your hard drive appears in the box to the right of "Select File." Next you hit "Submit." Follow any other directions from there if there are any.
If you can't get that to work, post a more specific description of the problem or any error messages you receive.
