panfish poppers

stocking up panfish poppers, and a few Cicada poppers for smallies;

What did you use to cut them out?

Dean,
used a 357 and a 243 cal. shell made into a cutter. also used a 22mag shell to make hot spot dots..and catipiller bodies (ant and bee too)need a BIG cal. shell to make larger bodies (elephant )

Great idea! I'll have to use some of my .308 shells and my son's 243. Did you just use a grinder to put the side hole in it? And cut it off at the shoulder? Then put a screw in the back to hold it?
