Old Creel

I have an old creel that I found at a flee market some time ago. I thought it was intresting and was wondering if someone has ever came across something like this? It was made by H.J. Collis MFG. Taunton, Mass. The label is kind of intersting as it states American Made Not made in Japan Be Loyal . I have some pictures and will try to post. It seems old maybe after WWII. I would appriciate tracking down it's history.
