Does anyone make a brass slotted bead?
Why would you want a bead on a dry fly?Brass or copper. I’m using countersink beads. Need to get a bead head that doesn’t sink my dry flies.
Probably referring to dry-dropper. I tie some small nymphs with glass beads to fish under tiny less buoyant dries. Why would you want a bead on a dry fly?
Also it will have to be very buoyant to not have even the lightest brass bead sink it.
I often fish a large bushy dry with a nymph tied off the bend of the hook. Dry-dropper set up!Why would you want a bead on a dry fly?

How about that? I think they used to sell them. Maybe they didn't sell enough slotted brass that they discontinued them.none here on 2 pages of beads
