New to area

I just moved to Danville. I spent last winter in AZ. When I returned to my house in NEPA I found that I had been robbed. I finally picked up a new outfit and am itching to use it. Can anyone point me to a stream in my area that 1. Fishes in the winter, 2 holds larger fish. I practice CPR exclusively. Any help is much appreciated.
