Article was interesting - seems like a good guy. Though I must admit, I could never kill such a magnificent creature - regardless of the record. I know the big-lake guys are more meat hunter oriented though. No sin at that.

kind of meat hunters but also (and I have nothing to back this up) id imagine the mortality rate from c&r deepwater trolling is pretty high.

the Joe Humphrey record trout tales have always floated around I live 5 minutes from where it was caught
