Is it made out of foam? I'd imagine that a muskie holding that thing crossways in its mouth may be tough to hook as its teeth will grip into that foam and you'd really have to lean on the fish and shred the body to get a solid hook set.
How does it swim in the water? It looks like it might just float on its side. Does it use counter weights? Some lead just behind the bend of the forward hook might help with floating and action when being pulled through the water.
