New Member from Myerstown

Hi all! New member here, Ryan's the name. I recently got the itch to try my hand at fly fishing. Yesterday I visited Precision Fly and Tackle which was my first time ever touching a rod or reel, so I am very new.

I've been lurking on this site for a couple weeks; that plus some YouTube video's and the Orvis Beginners book have started me on my way and I'm slowly starting to amass my beginner kit. I'm currently in the Myerstown area and work in Manheim.

In addition to meeting up with some folks to learn about fishing and local streams, I'd like to get involved in some of the conservation projects with the Doc Fritchey TU group.

Thanks for all the info I've found so far. I'm sure I'll be asking a lot more questions!
