To Conserve, and Protect and Restore, North America's Coldwater Fisheries and their Watersheds!
Someone told me that, long time ago! Seems we forgot a little in the toss up of regulations, creel limits and stream regulations.
Without the first, we will never have the second!
How about that?
Old buzzard is gone now! He even was a judge at dog shows! What did he know, anyway. His sidekick, inky, just a pen.
Hey boy's good news, you should have stuck around a while. Delaware is posted, copper mines flourish and Alaska got polluted!
