The voluntary muskie stamp has proven a great success and showed double growth in the last two years. In 2019 the program raised about $16,000. In 2020 it was about $32,000!

This is fantastic.
The funds have helped install a water heater and supported other things such as feed for fingerlings. This will help a lot as the PFBC continues to support muskie stocking across PA and transitions from fingerlings to yearlings.

I think that all of the voluntary permits are a fantastic thing. It can't hurt and if you choose to donate money to a desired cause then you can. I think it was a smart move by the PFBC.
