Originated by Don Gapen, fly imitates a small Sculpin that is a bottom dwelling fish.
This can also imitate a grasshopper when fished as a dry.

Hook: 3XL Hook
Tail: Slip of Mottled Turkey
Body: Flat Gold Mylar Tinsel
Rib: Oval Gold Tinsel Medium
Wing: Gray Squirrel and mottled Turkey
Collar and Head: Spun Deer Hair
