Memory Hold The Rod book by David Scholes with Framed prints

This limited edition signed/numbered book came with four prints which have been matted and framed. The framed prints are about 19" x 25" in size. I believe the prints are signed and numbered but the matts cover them. The book and prints are in mint condition with the signed COA. Asking $500.

Prefer not having to ship this so can meet in Bucks County or have to discuss shipping arrangement.
