map help

I remember see a post where someone stated that there was an onlime map that would allow yoiu to type in a stream name and get the map on the search output.

Did I imagine this ?

Topozone is one place: http://www.topozone.com/findplace.asp

Just go to the place name search box and type in the stream name and identify the state. It will take you either to the mouth of the creek or, if there are more than one such creek or location, you will be taken to a list where you can select the one you are interested in viewing.

Thanks Jack. That is what i needed. I found the brookie stream i was looking for
