LL Bean - JW Young reel

Hi all, just picked up this like new reel and don’t know much about it. I followed the advice on the forums here with JWY being highly recommended. Any thoughts/ comments would be appreciated. Bought it to pair to a sweet old Hardy fiberglass I snagged this winter.

I had a handful of Young reels back in the day. 1500 series. Solid clicker reels. I'd happily fish one any day of the week. Great match for your Hardy.

Very nice clicker. I have one in the sage 106 model. My only complaint is how narrow the spool is, but that was the norm back then. I should have sized up. Great clicker you got there!
