Last week the Morrow property (yellow house) was heavily posted. This is along river road between shovel works road to the Spruce Creek trestle. This includes the gravel parking area. The area is listed for sale.
efforts are underway to secure an easement for a portion of the property, but who knows how this will work out.

Where is it listed for sale? Not on Zillow.

Don't know. An auction was planned. I think it is also progressing privately. 3 parcels for a total of 3 million from what I was told

Thanks for the update. That is a good stretch of river. Fingers crossed an easement can be worked out.
