anyone local know how the little juniata is fishing? i saw the gauge at spruce creek is reading 330 right now.. just wondering if this is blown out and how bad the leafs are with that

I fished the upper part by Tyrone last Friday.
Water was low, and leaves dropping pretty good. But I found just enough fish midging through the leaves to keep things interesting.
Since then, the flow has shot up from 100 CFS to 800 CFS over the weekend.
and has fallen back down to 330.
Not blown out by any means.
But could be a little murky yet, and tough for dry flies.
Probably worth trying, although I would fish the upper part above Spruce Creek
