Little Chiques Day use area

Does anyone ever fish this area? Know why it is not stocked?
It is an absolutely beautiful creek with quite a range of settings in the areas before the the spill in to the Susquehanna. I have caught smallies and some sort fat smelt looking fish I can never find a picture for and a few browns i would assume they are naturals? anyone have any ideas here?
The silver fat faced smelt looking fish are a great amount of fun on a 3wt and hit floaters and nymphs.

I wish I was related to them by more than name.. I would buy more and better equipment.... I will try to snap a pic next time I am there.
