Lehigh River Regs

Hey yall-

Just curious if I am understanding the regs for the Lehigh this time of the year. So the Lehigh from Jim Thorpe downstream is classified as not stocked water per the PFBC website. I know that the LRSA stocks throughout the system, so I figured that is ATW. Can I legally fish the Lehigh River downstream of the PFBC stocked section, or does the LRSA stockings affect that?

1)LRSA stockings have no impact upon where you may or may not fish.
2) check the regs. Lehigh R open to yr around fishing from FE Walter downstream.
