Lamson Guru or G Loomis Eastfork?

It sounds like a typical Orvis problem.
I have other rods with the same final fit problems from Orvis in the past. Excellent sevise but so what if it takes 3 rods and 3 send backs to fix the problem. 🙁
Lampson makes a fine reel and their service is even better than Orvis.

I have both the konic and guru. The GURU Doesn't fit on Orvis Helios, Access, Sage Z-axis and VXP. I have no clue what to do with it. The rod it won't work in are all 4 to 5 weight rods. What It is Sage wants you to buy Sage reel and Orvis Wants you to buy Orvis reel. You would think Lamson would fit everything. I never had a problem with WINSTON fly rods fitting.
