I love my cleated strap-on soles for fishing jetties at the ocean as well as larger waters here in PA. I won't wade the Susquehanna without 'em. And boy did they help this week with all the ice - I would not have been able to get to my car without them. It's nice every once and awhile to be able to justify to the wife why I really need more fly fishing gear because it has all these other practical uses. :-D
