Will be heading up to Kettle Creek next week. Anyone have recommendations for nymph to use. Will try to hit a few different sections including the upper Brookie area.

Dry fly fishing should be good as long as there is some rain. streams are still very low up north. Last few times I been to Kettle Creek, I couldn't buy a fish, that was last year and a couple of recent years. As for nymphs Slate Drakes and BWO's and fall caddis.

Kettle is very low, only 27 cfs at Cross Fork. Combine water temps as high as 80 with flows as low as 6 cfs this summer and I don't think there are many trout left. Good luck though.

ISO, pheasant tail, pheasant tail soft hackle and Prince are all you need

I was surprised how much it rained overnight. Plus, I left my gear at home because I thought streams would be too low. Idiot.
