Blue Ribbon Flies. I bough one from another source and it was "okay". I called Blue Ribbon, explained exactly what I wanted and they delivered.

this is a tying material that one must see and touch before buying IMO. Colors, sizes and intact feathers are important to examine

I'm in the check before you buy camp, but I like Blue Ribbon Flies and Kevin Compton. Look for males that have a bunch of the darker brown soft feathers in the middle of the back. They are the sweet ones for soft hackles.
