Hair Packer

Hi all,
Does anyone know where I can mail order the hair packer that Chris Helms uses. It clamps down on and surrounds the hook shank. I saw him use it on his DVD and could see immediately that it would move the hair smoothly along the shank rather than above it. Appreciate any info.
