Made it out Carpin for a few hours today. In 2 hours I picked up 4 and lost 3 more. Unfortunately the 2 bigger fish were lost on that last explosive run before hitting the net. Also picked up a dozen or so Smallies and a few Rockies.

HaHa she got her "O" face on!! Dan you're doing some fine fishin for carp lately. That is so cool, I've caught em by accident before but never on purpose. This thread really makes ya want to chase em down and give it a try. Way to go man.

For what it's worth I have had succes using an egg pattern,yellow or peach with a bead head and soft hackle. I swing the fly on streams or crawl it across the bottom.
