I read about that earlier today. Beautiful bass. Similar to catching a wild tiger trout, odds wise. Maybe even more rare though.

Lol. Yeah, lots of WW fish are reared and stocked when a fish population is needed to restart reservoirs or the like after a dam repair, etc.

Or just to maintain and expand musky and walleye fisheries. But yes, bass, crappie, etc, etc are all stocked on a yearly basis somewhere.
