As much as I'm against stocking, PFBC finger pointing is probably the worst thing about that article. The non-sustainable culture they push, coupled with their poor business model, is what causes additional reliance on private/local hatcheries and club stocking.

or...none of the fish raised by the gov't agency, the PFBC, have the gill lice.
